THE VALWARD PATH

STEP 3

Make The Change

ACTION CREATES MOMENTUM

YOU KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO CHANGE. NOW DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

You've identified the area of your life you want to improve. You've considered what it's going to take. Now it's time to put your commitment into action.

You don't need to change everything overnight. In fact, trying to do too much at once is one of the easiest ways to lose momentum.

Start with one change.

What is one thing you can do today that moves you in the direction you want to go?

Make it specific. Make it realistic. Then do it.

Change happens through action, not intention. You can think about changing, plan for change, and tell yourself you're going to change—but nothing actually changes until you do something differently.

And don't wait until you feel ready. Readiness often comes after action, not before it.

You will have days when you don't feel motivated. You'll have setbacks. You'll have days when your old habits feel easier.

That's part of the process.

The goal isn't to be perfect. The goal is to start building evidence that you can become the man you said you wanted to be.

Make the change. Start small. Take action. Then do it again tomorrow.

READY TO KEEP GOING?

You've made the change. Now it's time to make it part of who you are.

SHOW UP AGAIN TOMORROW
