THE VALWARD PATH
STEP 2
Count the Cost
COMMITMENT REQUIRES A CHOICE
CHANGE SOUNDS GOOD. UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT IT COST.
You know what you want to work on. Now you need to be honest about what it's going to take.
Every meaningful change comes with a cost. It might mean giving up old habits, changing your priorities, having difficult conversations, making sacrifices, or doing things differently than you have before.
Ask yourself: What will this require from me?
What will I have to change? What will I have to give up? What will become harder before it gets easier?
Don't make a commitment based on how motivated you feel today. Be honest about what's ahead and decide whether you're willing to continue when it gets difficult.
This isn't about proving how tough you are. It's about knowing what you're committing to before you take the next step.
Count the cost. Know what you're committing to. Then decide if you're willing to continue.
READY TO KEEP GOING?
You've counted the cost. Now it's time to put your commitment into action.
